Mayfair B-Boy Challenge 3

All competitors MUST sign hold harmless agreement

Competitors under the age of 18:

•  MUST have parent/guardian sign hold harmless agreement

 Print out the Hold Harmless waiver here and bring it to the event.  All competitors ages 17 and under, MUST bring the waiver signed by their parent/guardian or have their parent/guardian sign the waiver at the registration booth. Waivers will also be available at the event.

Cost:

• $15/competitor
• $12/competitor (Preregistered or with flyer in hand)
